Recipe: Chicken Croquettes

This recipe was made in a digital air fryer. Cooking time may need to be adjusted if preparing in an oven.

*1 1/2 lbs chicken, white meat, boiled and minced
*1 cup 2% milk
*1 1/2 cups plain bread crumbs
*2 tbsp olive oil
*2 tbsp minced garlic
*1 tsp poultry seasoning
*1 tsp cilantro
* 1/2 tsp sea salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper

!. Thoroughly blend all ingredients in a large bowl
2. Roll mixture into balls. Should make twelve balls.
3. Chill for one hour
4. When ready to cook, preheat the air oven to 375 degrees for three minutes
5. Place croquettes into the fryer tray, leaving space between them to allow heat to circulate.

This model air fryer holds 9 croquettes. Cook them in batches if necessary. Don’t try to force them all to fit.

6. Cook in air fryer for 12 minutes. Croquettes should be golden brown when done.
